The team was courteous and efficient. They were in and within 4 + hours and left the work area spotless. Can’t wait for a moderate to heavy rainfall to test the system. The Drycrete Waterproofing team was great. Jason was very informative from the beginning and made sure we were aware of everything going on throughout our basement project. Alyson was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all calls and emails. We had our basement dugout and added over a foot of ceiling height. The crew dug out the basement floor by hand with shovels and buckets! Such a hard-working crew who made sure things were done the right way. Gian did an excellent job installing our new sump pump! When he finished he gave a thorough explanation of how the pump, battery backup, and app work. I recommend the DryCrete team, very professional and they offer a high quality product.

I was nervous about getting my basement waterproofed because I didn't want to spend the money and still not address the problem. Drycrete's estimate was the best value of the 4 I received. I cannot remember the last time I was so thoroughly impressed by a company that worked on our home. Our 1900 home had a wet, damp, leaky basement. But no more!! Drycrete has solved all those issues! From the first visit by Jason, we knew we were in good hands. We received a thorough, clear explanation of our options with detailed pricing estimates. Once we made a decision, the work was scheduled, and if progressed efficiently, on time, and on budget. The crew was at our home for about 5 days putting in a French drain system, sump pump and prepping and pouring a new 4 inch slab on top of 2 inches of stone and vapor barrier. The crew arrived not just on time, but early! every single day. They came to work, and always hit it right away. It may be a small thing, but I did not see a cell phone in use the entire time the crew was here. They came to work, and work they did! Pride in their work was evident at all levels. Jason, who proved to be a hands in owner, arrived early on the first day, walked us through was about to happen, and then worked side by side with his crew as the demolition got underway. His pride in his work and his can do attitude clearly filtered down to his outstanding crew leader, Nelson, and the entire crew. Nelson went out if his way to make sure our concerns were met and doing a little extra so things were just right. The crew worked cohesively and with a real camaraderie. The result: a great product and a happy clients! At all levels, from Jason, to Alyson who always assisted with operational questions, to Nelson, and Mike we experienced first rate work and service, steady communication, and friendly professionalism. Let’s be honest, taking on a major basement renovation was not something we were looking forward to. But the efforts of the entire Drycrete team made it smooth and easy. We had water in our newly finished basement and was unsure where it was coming from. Drycrete came to our rescue within a few hours of calling them with fans and dehumidifiers. Once we figured out the issue, the whole process was easy and flawless. We worked with Steve, who stayed on top of the issue and was determined to figure out what the problem was.
