Position: Customer Service Representative – Part Time
Drycrete Waterproofing of DryEx Inc is a Walpole-based basement waterproofing company seeking a customer service rep to join our quickly growing office team! The position is a fast-paced customer interaction-centric role that will assist in the overall success and growth of the company.
Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, identify and assess customer’s needs, provide accurate and complete information about our services, schedule and book leads and appointments, deliver prompt and reliable service to new and existing customers, performing administrative support to office leadership and crew supervisors as needed, working alongside sales representatives and project managers to address customer needs
High proficiency in communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, can work independently, proactive and prompt with daily tasks, motivated and attention to detail, must possess a professional and friendly demeanor and be able to develop rapport with customers over the phone
1-2 years of phone-based customer service or office administration experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese or other language is highly desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Walpole, MA 02081: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
