I needed a sump pump as flooding in basement was getting worse and worse this summer. I reached out to multiple companies based on recommendations. While the other companies quoted me for just the sump pump I asked for or tried to upsell me to a French drain, Drycrete talked me through other things they can do and I can do that they don’t offer to help solve the problem. I was very impressed.

They also offered much better pricing and more value than the other companies I reached out to. They were able to schedule the work very quickly once I signed the agreement. The crew worked fast, was very professional and did a great job. I think my basement is cleaner than when they came in.

I also love that they offered a pump with Wi-Fi monitoring on a very easy to use app. Hope I don’t need to use it too much?

I cannot recommend these guys enough. From the beginning, we interacted with the owner and Steve (account manager) who have provided the most responsive and meticulous service. We had so many questions that were answered promptly and with professionalism. We never once felt like they were pressuring us to spend more or do more than we needed. Gian and his crew were right on time, extremely quick (under 3 hours for a sump pump installation), and so good with cleanup. It barely even looked like they were here! Very professional and polite group. The quote received I believe was very fair for a complete fix and replacement of my sump pump pit and sump pump. Everything looks great! And with the flood flash yesterday the sump pump has been working perfectly! No water, no issues. So much peace of mind with the backup pump and battery. There was a misunderstanding with my quote but after talking with them they honored it and had great customer service. Will definitely be recommending and using them in the future for my basement waterproofing needs!

Dry Crete installed our sump pumps summer 2022 and we have had no issues since! We called for our yearly service and they said they would be there between 7 and 8am. They arrived at 7:01 and were done in a half hour. Gian was great at explaining everything to us as well! Highly recommend this water proofing company!

Drycrete Waterproofing has been a great company to work with for all my basement waterproofing needs. Mike and his crew were recently out to update my internal French drain system and take care of several downspouts draining directly underground, adding pipe and bubblers at the end of each line. The work was superb. You cannot even tell they dug down and excavated under the lawn. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after the work was done. They went through the project in detail and showed before and after pictures. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our basement was a very extensive project, which consisted of a complete removal of an old cracked concrete floor, digging down 8 inches of clay, installing four new Lally columns with footings, digging around the entire perimeter for a French drain and sump pump system, adding crushed stone and a fresh layer of concrete.

Can’t say anything much more than this company knows what they are doing and go above and beyond their customer service. The crew came out on rainy Monday to dig the trench and take away the concrete. The second day was backfilling and trying to set up the backup battery for the pump. I had called the tech support for a few days but we couldn’t solve the problem. Gian came out a few days later with a new top battery and it was working as intended. The original one given was a defect. I’m much appreciative of this work after the amount being spent. Thank you for the excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommending to others to solve their basement waterproofing needs.

Alyson was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all calls and emails. We had our basement dugout and added over a foot of ceiling height. The crew dug out the basement floor by hand with shovels and buckets! Such a hard-working crew who made sure things were done the right way.
