Jason was amazing! So friendly and informative. He came out to our home for a consultation and after scoping out our yard, talked me through why a drywell wouldn’t be the best option for us given the risks due to our land, our neighborhood and our basement height, rather than upselling me, an uneducated customer, on a drywell project. That alone proves he is a professional you can trust. He then cut and rearranged our sump-pump drainage pipe so that it now leads out to the gravel area on the side of our yard whereas it was previously leading to the center of the yard causing flooding, which was bad for our yard as well as our home due to having two dogs bringing in muddy watered paws. This was the best option for us and it was so nice of him to offer to do it then and there rather than us having to arrange someone else to come to do it (or for him to come back another day). Afterwards all he asked for was a review, no payment. I refused to not give him some cash for his time, but that said, I could not believe his generosity. I cannot recommend him and Drycrete enough! If I ever need this type of work in the future I won’t even think about looking elsewhere. Thank you Jason!
