Outside Sales Representative

Location: Walpole, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: From $100,000 per year (base + uncapped commission)

Drycrete Waterproofing is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners—meeting with pre-scheduled leads, diagnosing waterproofing issues, and offering clear, effective solutions.

Crew Member

Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Drycrete is hiring Crew Members to join our growing field team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly on residential waterproofing and foundation projects, supporting Foremen and learning the trade from the ground up. It’s a great fit for someone with construction experience who takes pride in doing tough, physical work with skill and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Foreman to support the safe and efficient completion of daily projects
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times
  • Help load and organize materials, tools, and equipment before each job
  • Use power tools and approved methods to install waterproofing and foundation repair systems
  • Communicate with Foreman and teammates throughout each project to ensure a smooth process and satisfied customers
  • Support a clean, respectful, and professional job site environment
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Foreman, Operations Manager, or Production team

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of construction experience preferred
  • Experience using power tools and reading basic plans/blueprints
  • Good verbal communication and listening skills
  • Reliable, honest, and able to follow directions in a team setting
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation to our base office
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and safety-minded

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry at least 60 lbs
  • Work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, basements)
  • Stand, kneel, crouch, stoop, and climb for extended periods
  • Perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold
  • Maintain visual, auditory, and physical readiness for a full workday

Foreman

Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour

We’re hiring a skilled and dependable Foreman to lead our field crews on residential waterproofing and foundation repair projects. In this role, you’ll set the tone for the team, managing workflow, operating equipment, solving problems on the job site, and delivering five-star service to every homeowner we serve.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who knows how to get the job done right and brings others along with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead field crews to complete assigned projects safely, efficiently, and to Drycrete standards
  • Assign tasks, train crew members, and coach on safe handling of tools and materials
  • Operate heavy equipment (mini excavators, helical pier rigs, etc.) and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Plan job sequencing, adjust for site conditions, and troubleshoot in real time to keep work on track
  • Inspect equipment before and after use, track maintenance schedules, and report issues
  • Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after each project
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Production Department, and fellow foremen
  • Complete all required job paperwork accurately and on time

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of construction experience required; 1 year of heavy equipment operation preferred
  • Experience with mini excavators and foundation repair tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Understanding of safety protocols and leadership best practices
  • Ability to manage both your own tasks and crew performance on site
  • Reliable, organized, and responsive under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and daily transportation to the Boston-area base office
  • Heavy equipment certification a plus
